Check out Core'dination's Old and New Core'Amour and a couple more things.

I know I'm late for posting this but I really have a good excuse. If you follow here you know I've been trying to strip and paint my bathroom. It's a major job due to the size and the nooks and crannies. FINALLY got it stripped and yesterday got primer and texture. WHAT a chore. By the time you have rolled on about three rolls the roller feels like concrete with the texture in it. AND my hands haven't healed (from the total crochet abuse I have subjected them to over the years) so I could only really use my right hand. BUT it's done. Now all I have left is the paint. - Then you have to decide color, lalala ! My hands are really sore today but I'm in here scrapping anyway. First off I have my card from Unscripted Sketches this week. Loved how this sketch came out - papers are Core'dinations and Graphic 45 - a really really pretty fairly line.

Then here's a card I did with Card Pattern's sketch using Designed 2 Delight image.
Having been a previous DT member there they are dear to my heart - wonderful group of girl's to work with!

And while showing Designed 2 Delight images here's another one from Faith's new group. These are the fun laughing giraffes. Check out some of what the other DT members have done with this image here.
Next I have my layout for the color challenge over at Color Combo Galore this week. Love this color combo and knew exactly what I would be reaching for for this page. These adorable pictures of my granddaughter, MaKenna (left) and her bff Alexa, and Core'dinations Cosmo Cricket line. I also used a piece of My Mind's Eye papers and a new Sizzix embossing folder (yum) on the yellow paper. BUT BEST OF ALL check out those flowers! I made them with one of the new Quilled Flower creations from Cuttlebug. This one is the Daisy. This is my test run so found out when I got done I missed the center piece but they came out just what I wanted anyway. I also have Carnation and Rose collections and can't wait to play with them. Thank you Lydia (fellow Core'dinations DT member) for the link up!
Then since everyone is at CHA and these are in the Core'dination's booth there I wanted to share some of the goodies I got selected to send for show this year. First off is papers from the Jenni Bowlin - red/black collection.

Then these pages are from the current Core'Amour line. The first with the Core'Amour Onyx line. The second with the Core'Amour Sable Collection and the last with a mixture of the two. The adorable models for these are 1st - my granddaughter, Madison, the last two my little great-niece, Katy.

Then check out the BRAND NEW Core'Amour collection - to die for!!!
Then we also are pairing with Tim Holtz this year. I did page and these cards with Core'dinations cardstock and some Tim Holtz chipboard and embossing folders.Sorry so long - hope you have a wonderful week - off to work on another page and cards!

First I have my card for the CPS sketch this week. I just got these Unity stamps and was dying to use them and this sketch was the perfect excuse. Someone used purple last week on a card I adored and so that's where I went for this. Cardstock is Core'dinations - stamps Unity - ink SUink.

Then I have my card using this week's freebie digital image over at Designed 2 Delight - pop on over there and play along with us. Getting a free digital every week gets addicting and Faith has such cute images! As always thank for stopping by!

How 'bout some Sunday posting?

I just hate how the weekend just flies by when I want it to last SOOOO much longer - have so much I want to do and so little time. Trying to get back into all the exercise after all the surgery - lots of sore muscles going - what???? Well after all the work for CHA for Core'dinations I'm finally getting to play at some of my favorite places. First I have this page for the Color Combo Galore challenge using these colors and clouds. Went right for some Core'dinations for this one - used some of the Vintage line for the background paper and a piece of the Jenni Bowlin line for the bubble looking paper behind my photo. The clouds are with the white wash collection - sanded it to pull through the blue color and then stamped it with a Unity Stamp Company stamp and then cut them out and layered them. The photo is of my little great-nieces, taking a break from all the excitement of Disney World to just stop and enjoy the day.

Next I have my card for this week and last week (was very late with it) for Card Patterns. Love the inspiration here. The first card is using some Core'dinations cardstock and some Graphic 45 papers together with a stamp from the Unity Stamp Company monthly kit. The second is a mix of Basic Grey papers and Graphic 45.

The last card for this post is my card for The Sweet Stop. For this I used some Graphic 45 papers and a Lily of the Valley stamp.
Then I just finished up with this card for the Get Sketchy sketch. For this I used some of core'dinations new Graphic 45 line together with some Graphic 45 papers and tag. Sentiment by SRM stickers. Thanks for stopping by and if you haven't checked on all the wonderful giveaways over at Core'dinations you should get your name in the hat. I can tell you Core'dinations has some amazing lines coming out this Spring and is working to add more. Yummy stuff!

Happy Saturday!

For some reason this week seemed really long - maybe because it was my first full week back after surgery and I worked as charge in STICU on Wednesday evening as well but I will adjust.
First I have my card for Unscripted Sketches to show you. I used some Crate Paper for this one together with a Mo's Digital stamp.
Then at Designed 2 Delight this week we were challenged to make a folded card. The Design Team created several cards and posted them to the Design Team Card's Blog. I used some of the birthday images Faith has and this link and created this card using some Basic Grey Papers.

Core'dinations is just rocking this year - check out MORE of the new CHA Core'dination's releases. Today I'm going to show you the sneak for the new Tim Holtz line and Ranger Ink to bring you these new exciting lines.

Sunday Sharing

Sunday already - hate that the weekends go so fast. I have a little minor surgery tomorrow so will be here for a couple more days before going back to work. Have a couple of cards to share together with a layout I did for Color Combo's this week. First is a card for LOTV. I used some Graphic 45 papers and of course a LOTV stamp.

Next is my card for The Sweet Stop sketch this week. Love their sketches! For this I used a Unity Stamp Company stamp and some Basic Grey papers.
Here 's another card I did for the DT challenge this week at Designed 2 Delight
something old something new challenge. The image is an older one of Faith's - the papers are a new line from Basic Grey - stop on over at the Designed 2 Delight blog to catch more of the cards created by the Design Team.
Then for one of the layouts I did this weekend this is the one for Color Combo Galore this week - love these girly colors. With all the holiday's I haven't been able to play the last couple of weeks but I'm back again. This is my daughter, Brandy, (2nd from R) with some new international friends that she met in L.A. She's still out there trying to make it in the dance world - meeting new people and hoping to break through with her dream. Usher or Brittany - here she comes!
Ok well here I am back with two more I got done this afternoon - first the sketch from Card Patterns this week - LOVE this sketch! I used some of the Basic Grey papers and a stamp from Unity Stamp Company.
The last card is for CPS this week. I used some Core'dinations Cardstock and some old Autumn Leaves flower stamps and then a little stamp I got from Michael's by Hampton Art.Thanks so much for stopping by!
